When I try to open the Launcher, an error appear and it does not open.

- About the Game and Setup
- When I try to open the Launcher, an error appear and it does not open.
To open the Launcher, you must have the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
or higher. The latest operating systems come with this update installed, but Windows XP or lower is necessary that it be installed.
- I'm geting Critical Error trying to open the Lineage 2.
Make sure that you have installed correctly the Lineage 2 High Five and our Patch. You can only open the game if both are installed correctly and has no missing or corrupted file. Try uninstalling and re-install the game and L2 Exilium. Also make sure you have the prerequisites to be able to run the game on your computer and your video card is updated.
- When I try to log into the game an error appears: Protocol Version is Different.
This error means that you are using a different version of Lineage 2. The L2 Exilium is in High Five and the same version is necessary to play the server. You will cannot login in the server using any other version. It is also possible that you have the client High Five, but it's missing or have corrupted files. - When I log my character into the game ,I always get an Critical Error.
First try to unlock your character, to do it enter your account on our site and look for this option in your Control Panel. If not work maybe have some missing or corrupted file in your game, to fix any possible or failure use the Full Update option on our Launcher.
- When I try to make login, an error appears: Can not Resolve Hostname.
Make sure that your Internet connection is normal, if is not go to the following directory: C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc and open the file called hosts
. Replace whatever is written on it for only 127.0.0.1 localhost

Make sure your Internet connection is normal, it is possible that the event is our protection has banned your IP for some reason. Try restarting your internet connection. This problem can also mean that our Login Server is down. If the problem persists please Contact

The most likely cause for this is that you have been blocked by our Anti-Bot protection. If you tried to use some Bot program, in this case your computer has been banned forever and you should Contact
our support. Just in case, try restarting your modem/internet or even your computer to change your IP, then try logging in again.

If you are without Scrolls of Escape you can use the command /unstuck to be teleported to the nearest town or use our Unlock Character system, to do it enter your account on our site and look for this option in your Control Panel.

- How do I make a donation?
To donate is very simple, our system is fully automatic and easy, to get all the information about donations, please read our completely Donations Page.
- Where can I find a list of items and prices?
We do not have an item list, items are exchanged in-game at an NPC named Kanom, which is in Giran. You will use your Exilium Coin's received as a reward for your donation to exchange it for various items this NPC.
- Is there some kind of package items?
No, we do not give any reward package (ready-made items or characters), all items are purchased only from an NPC in-game, called Kanom, which is in Giran. What we have are automatic bonuses for donations over R$100.00. Once you select the desired value for the donation in the Control Panel, the reward will be increased as shown with the automatic bonuses.
- Is possible to me donate for Eternal Hero?
No, to be a hero only participating in Olympiads, all the items we offer for donations can normally acquired in the game. We do not sell anything that could harm other players in some way.
- What other kind of rewards can I get with donations?
In addition to items that provide by NPC Kanom for donations, we provide other types of rewards too, like: Clan level, Clan Skills, Level, exchange items, etc. You can obtain this information in the NPC Kanom. This type of reward should be treated directly with a GM in the game.
- I made a donation, but I didn't receive the coins on my character, what should I do?
In case of payment cards and online transfers, donations tend to fall immediately, but sometimes it does not happen and they are "In Review" for a while, but the donations made by Boleto Banking may take up to 72 hours to arrive, depending on the day and time they were made.
If after 72 hours past your Exilium Coins have not yet arrived, please send an email to our support team with the following information so we can check: Donation #ID, name of the character it was made the donation, date, payment method and exact value of the donation.

No, after using your Exilium Coins to buy any item in Donations NPC, you can not revert it back to Exilium Coins.
- I made a donation, but I did Pk and drop my donation items, can I get the items back?
When you make a donation has no guarantee about items purchased, otherwise the items are virtual and therefore do not have "manufacturing defects" and can last forever if you can take care of them. After receiving your items, they do not differ from the rest because they were obtained by donation and are subject to the same possibilities of the game, so they are under your full responsibility, not fitting the Administration of any refund in case of loss.
