Please remember that the Administration is not responsible for transactions conducted directly between players or for payments made outside the official Marketplace.

The Exilium World Marketplace includes guarantee mechanisms, provides greater security, and ensures the delivery of traded items. Transactions conducted outside the Marketplace, although permitted, are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved and carry inherent risks.

Before completing any transaction:

• Check the seller’s reputation within the community;
• Give preference to well-known and experienced players;
• Consult other community members before making any payment;
• If necessary, contact one of our player mediators, who may provide guidance or assist with the transaction.

The Administration will not refund items or money lost in transactions in which it was not involved. This guarantee applies exclusively to transactions conducted through the official Marketplace.

If fraud or bad faith by a player is proven, that player may be punished with jail. However, this punishment does not imply the return of items or financial reimbursement to the affected party.

Trade carefully and give preference to players with a good reputation within the community.
