Website updates: Skills in the Wiki and improvements to AI support
The Exilium World Wiki has gained a new Skills tab! You can now search for abilities and view their descriptions, levels, properties, classes that learn them, and enchant options, with the values available for each evolution.
We have also improved the search of the support assistant, so that it can better find information published in changelogs, news, guides, FAQ, and Wiki. The improvements help handle informal questions, abbreviations, and doubts written the way players actually ask them.
In comparative tests with the same 38 questions, the proportion of useful answers increased from 16.7% to 81.5%. This result corresponds to this sample. We continue using the failures found to guide the next improvements.
The review of the support history identified 60 previously unanswered records whose questions the AI began answering in a concrete and satisfactory manner.
To expand the available information, we published 51 new questions and answers in the FAQ.
