Exilium World offers its players a Marketplace, where it is possible to safely sell and buy characters between players.
When purchasing a character on the Marketplace, be aware that you will not be purchasing a product from us, but access to a character that belonged to another player's account. Our responsibility here is: The detailing of the characters to be sold, the mediation of the transaction in a secure way, and the transfer of the character between accounts.
Also be aware that you do not have any privileges over other players. Everyone is subject to the same Rules, General Terms and punishments in-game and on the Forum, regardless of whether they purchased characters on the Marketplace or not.
Exilium World is not responsible for the security of your account, the purchased Character, or the fate of items contained therein after transferring accounts.
We will not refund the purchase amount under any circumstances, whether due to repentance by one of the parties or any other reason, since, after the purchase, most of the money is automatically sent to the seller. However, we guarantee that the character will be transferred as detailed on the details page to your account after payment.
All means offered for payment on the Marketplace are instantaneous and the transfer of the character to your account should take place in a few minutes after confirmation of payment.
If there is a problem with the character transfer, all you have to do is contact us through our Support. Please do not contact us to report a problem within 24 hours of confirming your payment.
Disputes on payment sites, Chargeback attempts or fraudulent actions will not be tolerated. In these cases we will block your accounts and computers until the problem is evaluated and resolved, and the block may be permanent depending on what happened.
