New AI Assistant available on the website
A new AI Assistant has been developed to help all Exilium World players.
To use it, simply access your Master Account and click the “Support” button, located in the bottom-right corner of the page.
With the new assistant, you can:
- Ask questions and search for information about the server;
- Check changelogs and recent changes;
- Report bugs found in the game;
- Send suggestions;
- Check the status of purchases and orders.
The tool's goal is to make access to information faster while also improving the organization of contacts sent by players.
Its main functions include:
- Make it easier to check recent information, such as changes and adjustments made to a class;
- Register and organize bug reports, allowing the administration to view and track reported issues more easily;
- Do the same with suggestions sent by the community;
- Answer simple questions related to the process of purchasing Exilium Coins and allow checking the status of orders.
Personal issues and individual support
The AI Assistant does not replace our email support in situations involving specific issues with your account, character, payment, or any other case requiring an individual review by the administration.
In these situations, we recommend that you also register it through the new Support on the website and then send an email to [email protected].
This way, the case is registered in the new system and can also be individually reviewed by our support team.
